Services that we provide to students in Ukraine are : 

 

1. International students are on our priority list ... it’s our duty to send prompt replies to all our students through e-mail or phone.

 

2. Assist in opting suitable Bachelor/ Master programme/ PG programs.

 

3. Getting  Invitation letter from a certain / recommended University.

 

4. To work on Admission / invitation letter within 2-5 working days.

 

5. Assist in Tuition fee payments to the University.

 

6. Assist in purchasing Cheaper Air tickets for current and future students.

 

7. VISA support/ Confirmation from the Department of Higher Education in Ukraine (through Ministry of Education and ministry of Foreign Affairs).

 

8. Airport pick up with University and "Ukraine Medical Education Centre"representative holding Official permission and Identity to avoid any unpleasant circumstances for student.

 

9. Airport pick up from all International airports in Ukraine (Kiev -Borispol, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk , Odessa , L'viv ).

 

10. Transport facility  to the University from the nearest airport.

 

11. Assist in Immigration Clearance on Arrival,our representative meet students directly inside the immigration.

 

12. Providing accommodation arrangement in hostel as per student requirement.

 

13. Assist in getting Health Insurance.

 

14. Assist in Medical checkups on Arrival.

 

15. Assist in Registration with University and Department of Visa and Registration (OVIR).

 

16. Assist in getting temporary residential card within 2 weeks after arrival.

 

17. Assist in opening up bank account in Ukraine just after registering in the university.

 

18. Support to our students during whole period of their studies.

 

19. Hostels have Separate rooms for female and male students.

 

20. Assist in getting apartment  accommodation near the university campus.

 

Student's invitation is done within a period of 2-5 working days .
